All orders are shipped in protective waterproof sleeves & hard board back envelopes marked ‘Please Do Not Bend’ / ‘Bitte Nicht Biegen’ / ‘Ne Pas Plier’ clearly on the front.

If you have any other special requirements please let us know when you order.

While we endeavour to send out the goods shortly after payment has cleared, we ask that you allow at least 3 working days for your orders to go through the necessary processes of professional lab development (not including shipping) and allow for any courier / bank holiday delays.

Customs and duty...

Whilst we do our best to make sure items are delivered without customs & duty fees overseas we cannot always guarantee this (although it is VERY rare with our products). All shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you;
